I am a Professor and Department Chair with a focus on academic leadership, program growth, faculty development, and student success. My work sits at the intersection of teaching, scholarship, and administration, with an emphasis on strengthening academic programs in thoughtful, sustainable ways.
As a department chair, I have had the opportunity to lead people, steward programs, and support decision-making that balances institutional priorities with the needs of faculty and students. I am particularly interested in building strong academic cultures—ones where faculty are supported, programs are positioned to grow, and students are set up to succeed.
